SoulsFitt – Shipping & Delivery Policy (United Kingdom)

At SoulsFitt, we work with trusted international suppliers from the United States, Europe, and Asia to ensure that you always receive products of the highest quality at the best possible price.

All orders are shipped directly from our suppliers’ facilities to your address in the United Kingdom.


1. Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is shipped — typically within 3–7 business days after purchase confirmation.


2. Delivery Times

Average delivery times to the UK are between 3–7 business days from dispatch.
However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on:

  • The origin country of the product;

  • Customs clearance procedures;

  • Local courier delays or force majeure events (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

We always aim to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.


3. Customs & Import Duties

Orders delivered to the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT and customs charges, depending on the item’s value and origin.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

If your parcel is held by customs, delivery time may be extended. SoulFitt has no control over such delays, but we will assist you with any necessary tracking or documentation.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you can track your parcel using the tracking link provided in your email.
If your tracking number does not update for several days, this may be due to international transit or customs processing — please allow a few more days.

If your order appears lost or is not being tracked by the courier, please contact our support team immediately at support@soulsfitt.co.uk so we can investigate with our logistics partners.


5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If, after 15 working days from the estimated delivery date, your parcel has not arrived, we will:

  • Investigate the issue with the courier;

  • Provide a full refund or reshipment if the parcel is confirmed lost in transit.

Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.


6. Payment Processing

For card and PayPal payments, orders are confirmed immediately.
For bank transfers (when applicable), payment confirmation may take up to 3 business days, after which your order will be processed.
